Facebook Group rules:
Welcome to Warriors and Rodeo!
This Facebook group was created to help those who are involved with Warriors and Rodeo to connect, network, get encouragement, laugh, grow personally and professionally, help each other, marketing tool, and social group. Make sure you follow our fan page Warriors and Rodeo and on Twitter & Instagram @warriorsnrodeo
We are a group for all who have served in the military –(active, veteran, retired, reservist, NG), law enforcement, EMS, fire fighters. We do at times allow some supporters to join this Facebook group.
People must do the supporter form on warriorsandrodeo.org to be added to this group. If you want someone added, send them to the website first.
Our rules are simple and are here to protect those in this group as well as the federal non-profit corporation Warriors and Rodeo.
Post!! Updates, service to country, rodeo, photos, videos, meme’s, prayer requests, in times of need, you have something funny, etc. Post regularly, let us know what you are up to.
No blocking admins
NO SCREEN SHOTTING AT ALL
No sexual harassment tolerated.
When you share attachments in our Facebook group please make sure that your settings are on ‘public’ or no-one will be able to see your attachment
Remember, just because someone is in this group doesn’t make them honest or trustworthy.
Use caution before sharing personal info and address.
Use caution before sharing personal info and address.
Not everyone has had the same experiences in the military or as first responders. Remember to respect other’s beliefs, struggles, and way they express themselves. We don’t have all the same beliefs or attitudes but we all signed the dotted line to die for the right to have them.
All opinions will be treated with mutual respect, unless they violate the aforementioned
rules. Treat your fellow Facebook group members with that same respect.
If a single individual starts a discussion that all other members disagree with, it may, at the discretion of the group admin, be considered trolling. Trolls will be booted out of the group. Trollers are those who comment and post to purposely anger or offend others. We’ve all had enough stress in our lives. These people are there to cause more. They will be removed from the group.
If a member personally attacks another member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will receive a warning. You are out of the group if this isn't followed.
No rants. If you have a concern or problem with the group or organization, we ask you handle it professionally and contact a SGT at Arms or president of WAR. Gossip and rants don’t help the situation but often times make the person posting look unprofessional and like a whiner.
If you decide to remove yourself from the Facebook group please notify Sheri Smith.
You can advertise your business in this group. We want to support each other. If that is the only reason you are in this group, then you are in it for the wrong reason.
Think before you post! This is Facebook, one of the biggest sites on the internet – what goes up can never really come down. Respect the privacy of others!
Please do not “use” this group. If you are here just to take from others and use them for personal gain, this is not the group for you. Please remove yourself.
The is entitled to deny entry to any member they choose. They are also allowed to boot out members that don’t comply with the house rules.
This is just a Facebook group, not the organization itself.
If you are interested in volunteering for Warriors and Rodeo, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If someone posts something that violates these rules, please notify Sheri Smith or SGT at Arms Keith Marrano or WAR Marshall James Hastings.
